Where to Begin?

Start by talking to your school counselor. Organizations often send information to the school's counseling department and your counselor may be aware of a scholarship that you are uniquely qualified for. If you want to start your search on your own, take a look at the links below.

JLV College Counseling lists hundreds of scholarships by type and by deadline. Great for those who like an organized search and a lot of options.

Big Future - College Board will help you find scholarships that are more personalized to your qualifications, schools, and needs. Good place to start once you have set up your college board account since they will have all of your PSAT, SAT, and AP test information and the schools you have sent your scores to.

CollegeScholarships.org will help you find regional and state specific scholarships.

FastWeb is a clearinghouse for all types of scholarships. when you go to this site, be prepared to spend some time combing through the options.

Scholarships.com is similar to FastWeb.
